About 20 years ago a mechanically inclined friend of mine referred me to Bullfrog Transmissions saying that they did good work, charged reasonable rates and stood behind their work. Since then I have had all my tranny work done there. Today's experience needs to be shared. I had a complete rebuild done there on my 2003 Ford Ranger A/T in 2016. Having only put 12,000 km. on it since then I was alarmed that I had lost Reverse and was having slippage and shifting problems in Drive. I took it back to Wayne and they immediately assessed the situation and found that a seal had failed. Less than 7 hours after I had dropped the truck off I received a phone call telling me that my truck was ready. When I went in to take care of business Wayne presented me with the keys and told me to take the truck away. There was no charge and once again Bullfrog shows the community that they stand behind their work. Thanks guys! May God continue to bless your business as you continue to do the right thing.
